When you browse

Our hosting provider records standard request data, such as IP address, browser and pages visited, for security and aggregate traffic statistics. We use cookie-free analytics.

When you ask the assistant

Your messages, the page you asked from and a session identifier are processed to produce the answer and may be kept to improve the guides. Do not paste API keys, tokens, passwords, private code or customer data into the chat.

Partner links

When you follow a partner link, the partner's own privacy policy applies to what you do on their site. The link may record which Agent Talk page you came from so the referral can be attributed.

Who is responsible

Agent Talk is published by UNILINK, which has entities in Australia, China and the UK.
